• After filling out the paperwork, you must check your email and click to verify your information very important

• In addition to the VIN Plate Photo, you will need the following information to complete the Bill of Sale Form: Make, Model, Year, VIN number, address and your email.

• The forms will require your e-signature. After completing all the sections and signing the Form, you will be sent an email to confirm. You must click confirm to process the Form.

• Use the same name to purchase service that is on the Bill of Sale Form, so that we can match payment to Bill of Sale Form.

• The Shipping Address submitted at checkout will be what we use to mail back Title.

• Title Waiting Period: Once the paperwork is submitted and received, the waiting period for the title to reach you is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Please wait the full time before contacting Classic Titles. 

• IMPORTANT: Please Keep the NEW Bill of Sale and Title together for a future sale. If we must replace a NEW Bill of Sale, there is a $100.00 fee.

• Should County have further questions, we will have to resubmit your Form. We will contact you and require a $225.00 fee to process again.
