FULFILLMENT POLICY

Car titles will be processed when payment has been received, delivery can take 6-8 weeks depending on the state, you will receive title in mail. if you have questions please contact us at heathparker@classiccartitles.onmicrosoft.com. Refund are only issued if your title is refused by the issuing state. If refund is necessary then refund will be issued on debit/credit card used for transaction with $100 fee taken for administrative process that is non-refundable.
